The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The room was spacious and clean, and the swimming pool was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya.

The location couldn't be more perfect and the cleanliness of the room was great, except for the occasional uncleaned utensils. The swimming pool was absolutely awesome, and the property is definitely worth the money. The area is nice and quiet, yet conveniently located to go anywhere. The pool area looks nice, even though the waterslide wasn't in use. The lobby of the hotel nearby with the big fishtank is a real eye-catcher. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, and the host was super attentive. I couldn't speak highly enough of everyone at the property. The apartment was in excellent condition and within walking distance of bars and shopping areas. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was large. The living/kitchen area was perfect for relaxing. The pool area was great and I would highly recommend staying at this property.

had an amazing weekend at a hotel in Pattaya, but Uplus Avenue Residence was even better! The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so attentive. The pool on the 7th floor had a great view. Can't wait to book again!

Great stay over New Year's! The apartment was clean and had awesome AC cooling. The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and a nice, quiet atmosphere. The pool area was amazing, with a beautiful view from the 7th floor.

There were a few issues during the stay. The staff was not on time for check out and there were some problems with the electricity in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Any question we had was promptly answered via email or resolved immediately. The staff was very attentive and even allowed us to have a late check out at no extra cost. The hotel was clean and spacious, with a wonderful pool area. We also received a lot of help with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated. We have traveled extensively and lived in Thailand for 2 years, and this hotel is one of the best we have experienced. The breakfast at the neighboring hotel was amazing and the host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We can't wait to book with Uplus again!

I recently stayed at Uplus Avenue Residence for a weekend getaway. The owner, Freddy, was such a pleasure to interact with. The kitchen in my room was well-equipped, although a tea towel and some dishwashing liquid would have been useful. I loved the view of the waterfall outside my window. The two big TVs in the room were a nice touch, and the couch and dining table were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and there was always plenty of hot water. The bath towels provided were a good size. Despite the noise from kids playing outside my window, I didn't mind it at all. The new gym was also a great addition.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
